As a Security Professional - Property Watch in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling commercial real estate properties, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your duties include conducting routine patrols and providing exceptional customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. This unarmed position requires a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, and while not mandatory, familiarity with alarm panels and the ability to lift more than 20 lbs are preferred.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• CA Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Candidates should be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to lift more than 20 lbs; this is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
