Sales Enablement Senior Manager, Life Sciences & Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning/Skills and Coaching Manager to lead our learning and development initiatives within the Life Sciences and Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enablement and learning, ideally knowledge of MEDDPICC and the Allego platform. This role is pivotal in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving professional growth, and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

About you - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Human Resources or a related field
• At least 7+ years of relevant work experience in a senior learning and development role within life sciences or healthcare sectors
• Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning content creation
• Global experience which includes cross collaboration with functional teams and senior leadership
• Proficiency in MEDDPICC

It would be great if you have...

• Masters degree
• Certifications in coaching or related field
• Proficiency with Allego or other sales enablement platforms

What you will be doing in this role

Learning and Development Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies tailored to the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
• Utilize MEDDPIC methodologies to design effective training programs

Program Design and Delivery:

• Create, deliver, and manage training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.

Coaching and Mentoring:

• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Implement coaching frameworks and tools to support employee development.

Performance Management:

• Oversee skills review cycles and support career path development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with external training providers and industry experts.

Technology Integration:

• Leverage Allego and other learning technologies to enhance training delivery and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in learning technologies.

Hours of Work

• This is a hybrid position, based near our offices in Philadelphia
• This is a full time role, primarily working core business hours EST with ability to attend meetings in other countries
