Job Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting in the Linden, VA office with Logistics, Procurement and general administrative functions. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the organization of the facility, receiving supplies, stocking, checking stock for expired or nearly expired product, organizing paperwork, order taking and processing, packaging and labeling finished products, product/medical kit build outs, shipping, answering phone calls, and other administrative duties as assigned

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Provides clerical and administrative support to all divisions.
  • Processes client requests and fulfills supply and equipment orders as needed.
  • Assists with packing and shipping goods to client locations.
  • Ensure that work stations are cleaned and properly stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with tracking and maintaining inventory as applicable.
  • Call intake and data entry.
  • Performs other duties as reasonably assigned.


Education and Experience:



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in a moderate paced office environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills. Prior experience in logistics and procurement is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience with G-suite and smartsheet program strongly preferred.
  • Current Driver's License and a clean driving record, required.
  • AHA First Aid, CPR/AED certification, strongly preferred


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:



  • Knowledge and proficiency in working in a Clinical environment.
  • Knowledge of the complexities of working in an international environment.
  • Leadership - Ability to demonstrate success as an entrepreneurial, high energy, driven hands-on leader. Ability to select, train, develop, coach, mentor and retain a highly motivated workforce.
  • Analytical Problem-solving and Decision Making - Ability to research, analyze, identify options, draw conclusions, present findings and make recommendations considering risk and short and long-term impact.
  • Customer Service - Ability to personally provide high level of interactive service to targeted customer base or market, building relationships and acting as internal company advocate
  • Team Orientation & Interpersonal - Highly motivated, passionate, and creative team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization.
  • Adaptability to Change - Ability to be flexible and supportive, react swiftly, and positively and proactively assimilate change.
  • Communication - Ability to effectively and persuasively express self verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Organization & Time Management - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling and organizing professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling
  • multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Systems & Software - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
