Role: SCCM Engineer
Location: Gilberts, Illinois
- Lead the implementation of [SCCM/Intune - Autopilot Imaging] for number of devices, resulting in reduction in software deployment time and improvement in patch management efficiency.
- Developed and implemented for end-users and IT staff, growing overall system proficiency and reducing help desk tickets.
- Customer Service Skills, Superb communication skills, Team Leadership of resources in two different geographical locations. Team partner concern point for solving technical and administrative problems.
- Using tools such as ServiceNow to run daily, weekly, monthly report of team productivity. Review and interview new candidate for new Desktop engineering technician job openings. Ensure all contract level SLAs are being met on monthly basis. Ensure quality in service requests and incident management
- Ensure resource accountability, Manages all activities related to the staffing and operation. Plans, prioritizes, and schedules desktop engineering to ensure continuity of service for [number] devices, resulting in reduction in software deployment time and improvement in patch management efficiency

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[115,000 - 125,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance.
