We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be trusted to play a crucial role in supporting executives by managing a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling correspondence
  • Managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Analyzing and developing office and department budgets
  • Organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences (onsite/offsite) including office moves and space planning
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions, contracts, and purchase orders, including iCertus
  • Arranging travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics
What you'll bring to Alcon:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (or Assoc.+0; Bach +0)
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • Travel Requirements: 5%
  • Relocation: No
  • Sponsorship available: No
Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter who can take on a task with minimal guidance and deliver exceptional results independently.
