About the Role:Join our dynamic marketing team as aMarketing Communications Senior Manager! Reporting to the Senior Director Marketing and collaborating closely with brand leaders, you will be the driving force behind communicating our brands' value propositions and our corporate vision across various channels and platforms. Your strategic and tactical expertise will be key in executing brand plans and coordinating both internal and external communication activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution:Collaborate with brand leaders to translate business strategies into comprehensive Marketing & Communication (MarCom) plans, setting clear objectives, specific tactics, costs, and desired outcomes.
• Campaign Performance & Budget Management:Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, implement best practices to enhance campaign planning and performance, and manage marketing budgets, including accruals, forecasts, and expense reclassification.
• MarCom Excellence & Content Creation:Ensure all MarCom programs deliver clear, customer-focused messages with strong value propositions and effective calls to action. Support the design and production of high-quality marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
• Digital Presence & Global Campaigns:Manage and monitor all social media and web activities to boost the visibility of our company and products globally. Deliver campaign content in English and coordinate translations for key regions to support global markets.
• Promotional Review & Compliance:Lead the Promotional Review Committee, preparing agendas, reviewing project briefs, and ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards for all promotional materials.
• Trade Shows & Vendor Management:Plan and organize our presence at global trade shows, coordinating with brand leaders and vendors to deliver impactful experiences. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely payments and budget management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communication, science, marketing, or business preferred.
• Extensive experience in a similar role within the global Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sector.
• Certified Trade Show Manager (CTSM) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing communication activities across product portfolios.
• Proven experience managing social media and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong budget management skills.
