(This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote)

The UHS Corporate Physician Recruitment team is hiring a Physician Recruitment Specialist that will lead the sourcing efforts of the department to supplement the physician recruitment teams' traditional recruitment activities. The Physician Recruitment Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining the current applicant tracking system (iCIMS) while leading activities resulting in the expansion of our provider pipeline.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the marketing/advertising efforts of the UHS Physician Recruitment Department in order to identify physicians for our current and future open opportunities. Manage all recruitment efforts within various UHS affiliated job boards and subscription-based websites
  • Develop recruitment marketing material while working with the Corporate UHS Marketing Department to manage internal marketing campaigns
  • Represent UHS and its affiliates at Physician/APP specialty and regional conferences. Prepare and maintain up to date marketing materials and packages for distribution to physicians and for scheduled career fairs
  • Engage in targeted candidate sourcing campaigns involving email blasts, direct mail, TextUs and cold calls to physicians
  • Maintain applicant tracking system, internal/external job boards, and other departmental procurement methods as needed
  • Coordinate monthly Acute and Behavioral Health Division reporting, Department invoice tracking and processing, stipend program and other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Bachelors degree with 1 - 3 years' experience in recruiting/staffing.

  • Ability to communicate with vendors, physician recruitment team members, physicians and C-suite members
  • Strong research and analytical skills, critical thinking and ability to take initiative
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize workload and provide support to existing personnel. Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
  • Prior ATS experience a requirement with iCIMS proficiency a plus
  • Must be willing to travel as needed to provider conferences/events across the country and represent UHS in a professional manner
