Overview:

Overview

This position is responsible for Life and Safety audits, reporting and updates at various facilities for Corporate Facilities. Candidates work directly with Fire Vendors and inspect Fire Panels, Sprinklers, Alarms, and ensures facilities meet all safety guidelines and are in compliance.

Company vehicle is required to travel from facility to facility within employee's area of responsibility. Some inspections must be completed after hours and will take place after 2pm. Majority of work is normal first shift/days.

Candidates must have a valid VA or NV drivers license in good standing.

Education
  • High School
Certification/Licensure
  • No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
  • Previous experience in commercial facility maintenance strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • General understanding of maintenance/facility management
  • Valid Driver in Good Standing
  • Healthcare prior experience not required
