The Role

AXS is looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our Product Management team as aProduct Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle for certain product(s) from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products that meet business needs. You will contribute to the future product direction by analyzing customer feedback, monitoring product performance, and making recommendations. You will participate in the product and feature discovery process, helps elicit requirements, and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and business goals.

What You'll Do?



  • Lead product development and management cycle for certain product(s).
  • Work closely with engineering, UX design, data analytics, and client success teams to deliver products that align with business goals.
  • Drive the discovery process, form hypotheses, define OKRs, and evaluate solutions to maximize impact on clients and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain detailed functional specifications, process maps, and user stories to guide product development.
  • Implement a test-and-learn framework to iterate on product capabilities, from MVP to scalable solutions.
  • Define and track product KPIs to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create scalable, innovative solutions that address current and future market needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to evolve product offerings continually.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and track product performance.



What Will You Bring?



  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred) bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in a Product Management Role.
  • Experience with integrated B2B2C/B2B products and emerging trends.
  • Experience working in a complex global technology company.
  • Experienced with the Discovery process: collecting qualitative customer feedback and quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Able to demonstrate the product management discipline when working on projects.
  • Skilled in building products that scale and meet customer needs.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the product marketing / launch process.
  • Familiarity with standard development tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills within a highly demanding environment.
  • Experience in live entertainment, ticketing, or adjacent industries (such as sports, venue management, or hospitality) is a plus.



Pay Scale: $97,451- $135,000
