*Location: *Onsite, 85281
*Schedule:* M-F, start time either at 6am or 7am (8 hour shift) *Description* This role is to provide exceptional service to Agents and Partner Offices, work with our on-site technical and customer support staff, ensure exceptional client service and bring resolution to open issues and inquiries. Our Agents and Partners leverage our Agent Relations team to obtain information for their portfolios, merchant accounts, tickets, products and solutions. We are responsible to provide answers, bridge knowledge gaps, solution issues and inquiries, provide training and support as well as proactively recommend ways to streamline operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate should have an understanding that our Agents & Partners' success is also our success. Being able to work in a collaborative and highly motivated environment is critical. Ultimately, you will be a person our Agents & Partners trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their support and merchant-portfolio related concerns. *Qualifications* MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH) *Customer Service and Payments-related experience (Preferred) *Hands -on experience with industry recognized hardware & services *Solid technical and payments background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience *Strong Computer proficiency-including Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, Excel, etc. *Ample experience in fielding heavy call flows and ticket volumes *Spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills are also important for all positions within the company. These skills are necessary to complement organization, attention to detail, independence, analyzing information and decision making for prioritizing tasks *Experience in a fast-paced office environment *Ability to take initiative and utilize innovative techniques *Ability to collaborate and problem solve with various departments throughout the organization *Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate daily tasks; time-management is key *A positive attitude, professional work ethic, ability to learn quickly and excellent verbal communication skills are a must! *Team-player *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
