Recruiting Specialist We are currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our Georgia-Pacific team. This role will focus on the hourly and salary non-exempt hiring needs for designated sites within our Gypsum Building Products business. As part of our leveraged capability, you will work closely with various teams in a coordinator and recruiter capacity, and with other full life-cycle recruiters to support the selection processes for our customers, candidates and hiring supervisors. If you're aiming to improve your recruiting skills, this role offers a chance to manage the administrative tasks involved in the candidate selection process, with the potential to assume and grow into full-cycle recruiter responsibilities.
