Position Title: Fulfillment Lead

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Bilingual Fulfillment Lead at a company in Milwaukee, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply today! Fulfillment Lead Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate processing of Wholesale sales orders - Monitor and print incoming orders; delegate order processing based on ship date and priority - Process, pack, and ship sales orders using ERP systems, ShipRush, and other shipping platforms - Maintain accurate inventory levels; communicate restocking needs to the Production Manager - Coordinate daily fulfillment operations including picking, packing, shipping, and back-order processing - Implement workflow improvements and quality control measures to minimize errors - Perform end-of-day closing duties and ensure all tasks are completed within schedule - Train, support, and coach team members to meet daily performance goals - Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and dress code requirements - Collaborate with customer service and other departments to resolve order or inventory issues - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and fulfillment data to identify areas for improvement Requirements for Fulfillment Lead: - Bilingual (Spanish / English) - Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and move quickly throughout the shift - Ability to lift boxes ranging from 10-50lbs (team lift required for anything over 50lbs) - Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with ERP systems, shipping software, and Microsoft Office applications (especially Outlook) QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
