THE JOB:
As a Slot Assistant Shift Manager, you will responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Slot Operations team during your assigned shift. This role focuses on driving employee engagement, delivering exceptional guest service, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring team members effectively carry out their duties. All responsibilities must be carried out in alignment with departmental guidelines and property policies, procedures, and standards.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Effectively manage team performance and expectations in alignment with company policies and departmental guidelines
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching and career development support, ensuring departmental goals and performance expectations are clearly communicated and achieved
• Assist in staff scheduling and labor planning to meet operational needs and maintain superior service delivery
• Implement innovative employee engagement strategies to promote a positive work culture, address concerns proactively, and support retention of high-performing team members
• Foster open and consistent communication with employees, actively listening to feedback while exemplifying and reinforcing our service standards
• Lead training and development initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of company programs and service protocols

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience in a slot/casino environment
• Able to work any shift including weekends, holidays, and evenings
