Description and Requirements

Job Description:

We are seeking a Program Manager to collaborate with the APOS Leadership team in defining, launching, and executing strategic programs for the Global APOS (Renewals) business. This individual will engage closely with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives while adhering to high standards of performance. This role requires a hands-on approach, and the ideal candidate must be willing to engage actively in operational processes.

The successful candidate will establish trust through demonstrated performance and effective relationship-building. They will possess a strategic mindset for addressing business challenges and experience in program management and business tactics to support the APOS organization in achieving their objectives. Additionally, the candidate must be a self-starter with a strong inclination toward independent problem-solving, an enthusiasm for identifying and alleviating bottlenecks, and the foresight to anticipate business needs.

This individual will excel in a fast-paced and innovative work environment, manage effectively through ambiguity and complexity, and consistently seek opportunities to enhance and simplify business processes. Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to implement plans are imperative for success in this role.

This position will involve collaboration with stakeholders across the extended APOS Services organization, including Sales, Service Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Business Transformation, IT, and the Partner team. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills across diverse technical and non-technical business units and various geographical locations.


Position Requirements:

  • Experience in consulting, sales strategy, Go-To-Market programs, and business analysis for audience segmentation.
  • Experience in interpreting strategic initiatives, adapting them for local markets, and supporting their rollout.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, experience in sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, expertise in designing and executing sales/marketing programs, and an analytical background.
  • Familiarity with renewal products, services, and sales strategies is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company would be beneficial.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated capacity to think strategically and long-term while acting tactically, taking ownership, and showing leadership to meet complex business challenges.
  • Skills to establish methods for measuring and tracking metrics related to service adoption and to make improvements based on these measurements.
  • Experience preparing and delivering business reviews to senior management regarding progress and metrics.
  • Ability to quickly identify obstacles and recommend effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple workstreams with varying timelines and diverse stakeholder inputs.
  • Capability to translate ideas into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate program details, processes, and plans to various audiences.
  • Proven ability to define, refine, and implement processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across different groups.
