BCCI, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Superintendent in Los Angeles, CA The Superintendent will collaborate with project management to provide technical direction, logistical and scheduling support and constructability advice to project team. Provide construction management services to BCCI clients and building owners including scheduling and planning direction to subcontractors, client vendors, and project team. Partner with the Project Manager to accomplish BCCI goals for on time delivery, customer service, quality and financial metrics. Manage the onsite safety program. Provide preconstruction services for specific projects. Train, mentor and coach assistant superintendents and project team members. Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration between departments. Contribute to company's culture, mission and values through thought leadership and actions.
