Nurse Practitioner: Master's Degree in Nursing - required. Completion of a CCNE/NLNAC-approved NP program - required. Nurse Practitioner: Specialty nursing experience - preferred. Surgical nurse practitioner experience - preferred. Critical care experience - preferred. Nurse Practitioner: Wisconsin Licensure as RN and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP). Certification as Nurse Practitioner - required. Physician Assistant: Master's Degree from accredited Physician Assistant Training Program - required Physician Assistant: Physician Assistant experience- required; relevant specialty experience- preferred. Critical care experience - preferred. Physician Assistant: Wisconsin licensure as a Physician Assistant. NCCPA Certification as a Physician Assistant - required.
