Sr Financial Analyst
Your main responsibilities
PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW:
* Support Plant controller in the following areas:
- Intercompany transactions including invoice entry and clearing.
- Materials' variance analysis (Price & Usage).
- Inventory cycle count and corresponding adjustments support analysis.
- ESS/SSC product costing
- ESS/SSC Billings, Returns & Charge outs to field offices / projects
- Quality cost analysis
- Capital spending update reports.
- Productivity and headcount reports
- Financial assessment of risks via account reconciliation and variance analysis. Including GR/IR account.
- Support month end closing activities as needed.
- Interact and collaborate with other departments to drive execution of action plans and objectives' achievement.
- Look for opportunities to standardize and improve reports across locations/businesses.
* Provide support to the overall Supply Chain Finance weekly and monthly(closing) consolidation activities and reporting.
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with prompt response and reflection.
* Result orientation as well as detail focal whenever need.
* Logic thinking, systemic solution finding and sounds execution to make things happen.
* Inventory management skill in large size manufacturing environment
* Previous experience with SAP software. MM and FI functions
* Proficient in Excel
* Strong work ethic attitude, proactive to seek profitability opportunity within the organization.
* Business partnership with cross functional team Essential Functions: 30% Financial and Accounting reporting:
- Inventory reports, including E&O
- MPV & MUV analysis
- Capital spending YTD
- SC Finance reporting
25% Invoice Entry/ Billing:
- Review and entry of intercompany invoices to clear GRIR and in transit accounts.
- Intercompany, drop ship receipts and corresponding billings, AR/AP analysis/posting.
- Margin review for intercompany sales.
- Account reconciliation
20% Inventory Management support:
- Support the Inventory Management team on the corresponding scheduled counts. Count creation and analysis included.
- Inventory variance analysis, which Includes MPV review and GRIR review
- Local warehouse review and adjustments based on cycle counts inventory movements.
- Inventory Accuracy Reports (IRA)
15% Management presentation
- Support plants' controllers on the preparation of financial results reporting
- Reporting standardization
- SC Finance consolidation package
10% Internal and external audit:
- Support internal and external audit to ensure the plants' compliance
What you bring
- 3-to-5-year Factory Finance experience in multinational manufacturing facilities, cost accounting or finance background, strong financial analytical skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degreerequiredwith a Finance or Accounting major.
- CPA and Six Sigma preferred.
