  • Estimated annual base pay: $92,160(minimum) - $115,200(midpoint) - $138,240(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Sourcing Systems Specialist, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Sourcing Systems Specialist is responsible for the Design, Build and Support of enterprise-wide global sourcing systems and tools.

This includes WISE, SAP, e-Business, Data Analytics, and Contract Management systems. In addition, the specialist interfaces with IT to drive requirements into Woodward's corporate business systems. Must maintain a total Woodward perspective when selecting a solution and effective communication of the solution needs to be performed to drive to common business processes across the organization. Unique, project-based data requests are also supported. This role will Builds, Design and Support the Supply Chain Business Segments through curating of tools, data visualizations, user support, ongoing training, creating standard processes and procedures and account management.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design, Build and Support enterprise-wide global implementation of sourcing systems and tools. Responsible for recognizing global opportunities, analyzing those opportunities, and assisting in the design of GSC business systems. Lead the development of strategic plans for continuous improvement of sourcing systems as it relates to analytics and efficiency. This includes outside networking for trends and available technology to support our strategic plans.

  • A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Procure to Pay process and point of contact as Global Sourcing Process owner for end users, IT analysts and developers

  • Manage compliance for procurement processes in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), including the administration of permissions and change management with support and testing of multiple software applications.

  • Responsible for Supply Chain Master Data, workflows, dashboard and report creation and maintenance. Works with users to diagnose problems and participate in the development of specifications for effective and efficient business practices through WISE, SAP, e-Business, Business Objects, Coupa and other third-party solutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree Administration, Information Systems or Computer Science, or three to five years in a Systems or Development environment.

  • 2-5 years' Experience in Supply Chain (Required)
