The Customer Implementation Manager oversees new implementations, managing customer-facing and internal projects within the designated area. This role involves collaborating with Commercial Managers, Customer Service Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of new products in the customer global growth program. Responsibilities include managing complex projects, liaising with customers for satisfaction, and serving as the key contact during implementation phases. Additionally, the manager ensures staff understand SOPs and processes, maintains clear documentation for implementation plans, and upholds business conformance. The CI Manager works directly with Regional/Global Account and Program Managers to deliver the roadmap, collaborating closely with program and project teams. As a Maersk employee, the manager should embody company values and cultural behaviors, supporting the long-term vision of integration. When working with JCB, the manager is expected to follow customer values and policies, always representing Maersk. Key Responsibilities -Running Implementation projects in adherence to the Maersk implementation methodology as well as Client requirements. -Lead end-to-end project management of organizational design-related initiatives. -Defining project scope, outcomes, and timelines in collaboration with the project lead. -Establishing and managing project operating systems, including risk and issue management. -Developing project materials, including presentations for the steering committee aligned to both internal as well as Client requirements. -Providing support to project teams. -Managing interdependencies across multiple projects in coordination with the project management team. -Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project) and excellent time management. -Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. -High sense of urgency, persistence, responsibility, and accountability. -Confidence in interpersonal skills and relationship building. -Effective stakeholder management across organizational levels. -Customer-centric mindset and extensive experience in shipping, forwarding, or logistics. -Ability to work unsupervised and influence decision-makers in a matrix organization. -Proven track record of delivery and navigating complex operational and commercial challenges. -Strong Project Management skills, essential for effective execution. -Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple dependencies, risks, and stakeholders. -A holistic mindset, with the ability to focus on critical details that drive progress. -Strong analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks and opportunities. -A collaborative, opinionated, and structured approach to problem-solving Education and experience -Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics including international supply chain management and forwarding services. -Proven experience in project management on implementations. -PMP, ACP-PMI certification or equivalent preferred. -Without certification, 4-year degree with a minimum of 36 Months of Project Management Experience, or Secondary Education Diploma or equivalent, with 60 Months of Project Management Experience. -Willingness to travel and work on-site on a project basis. -Prior experience in dealing with new supply chain solutions. -Prior commercial experience in engaging with strategic clients. -2-5 years of managing mid/ large-scale implementation projects with multiple transportation modes. -Solid supply chain operations background -International Logistics experience preferred What we offer This is an exciting career opportunity in an international, challenging business setting known for diversity and being a high paced environment. Job Type Full Time Salary $85,000 to $115,000 Benefits Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
