The Value Creation Director at GEHA Ventures is responsible for amplifying the value of our venture portfolio by nurturing and expanding relationships between our strategic partners and portfolio companies. This role is pivotal in initiating, scoping, managing, and evaluating pilot projects, along with driving business development and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering synergies between partners and portfolio companies to enhance growth and achieve strategic objectives. GEHA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
