Job Title: IT Analyst Location: CityScape What you'll do: As a IT Analyst you'll participate in the review of current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, identifies constraints, or opportunities that could inhibit or accelerate the business and technology strategy. you'll be responsible to develop artifacts (documents, dashboards, process flows, code reviews) that accurately describe current state processes, practices, and/or metrics as well as capturing opportunities to simplify our processes while also improving KRI/KPI or operational metrics. Additionally, as the IT Analyst, you'll facilitate discussions with IT, Product, and Business subject matter experts to capture relevant insights while also reviewing the artifacts you produce to validate the completeness and accuracy of the content. This role would also be responsible for the capture and upkeep of KRIs, KPIs, and Operational Metrics, as necessary. Coordinate and complete assigned projects with minimal supervision. Set & meet deadlines, communicate effectively with your manager & colleagues, complete project status reports, and identify and resolve technical problems. Complete assigned artifacts that are complete & have a high level of quality. Leverage basic understanding of Microsoft Office & Diagramming Software (e.g. Lucid, Visio, etc.) while also demonstrating strong process and data analysis skills. What you'll need: 2+ years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in related field required. Entry level knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred. Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Entry level to intermediate process and data analysis skills. Entry level experience in analyst of a specific IT domain (Data Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, Product Owners/Managers, Finance Analysts, or Business Systems Analysts). Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.
