The Crossbelt Installation Supervisor role will coordinate daily activities on installation sites in North America, ensuring smooth information flow with project collaborators. This role involves hands-on collaboration to ensure efficient operations, provide technical expertise, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires 80% travel to customer sites within the Continental US. Hybrid work is available when not on customer site. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$85,000 - $115,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: This is what you will do in this role: Responsible for installation quality on the project site. Responsible for quality checklists and submittal of Corrective Actions when discrepancies are identified. Responsible for on-site safety including, but not limited to, safety audits. Provides on-site reporting on schedule and resources to project manager and/or customer Provides assistance with training of subcontractors in the installation of Dematic Crossbelt systems. Writes concise, clear, and completes trip reports in the time frame required according to Dematic procedures Identifies problems as they occur and suggests appropriate steps to tackle them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex. Travel on short notice and spend up to 80% of the time on customer sites across North America. What we are looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required. We prefer candidates with an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting electromechanical equipment Service experience with circular sorters is preferred. OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull, and ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Willingness to work weekends, holidays and off shifts - offer OT compensation. Must have knowledge in the use of personal computers, data base functions and communications. Understanding personal computer hardware setup and software configuration required.
