Job Description
Shift: Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm EST Pay: $23.50/hour + 10% shift differential Benefits:

Essential Functions:
- Lays out, tests and circulates formatted client email drafts with Business Development teams, partners and others, making changes as needed
- Assists in building distribution lists and segmenting contacts in the CRM database across multiple criteria for mailings. Send emails via email marketing platform. Helps to enforce the firm's data protection and anti-spam policies related to this work
- Configures, tests and sets up email layout and web response forms to support global business development email campaign tracking and event registration and management
- Posts to firm website. Produces follow-up reports and metrics for email campaigns and events
- Surveys competitors and other markets, and researching current trends to inform campaigns
- Advises marketing professionals on effective campaign set up including testing, targeting, timing, automation and metrics
- Helps to support the global team on consistent email marketing system usage and suggests improvements to business processes
- Reports on campaign analytics. Become proficient in reporting capabilities of Vuture and InterAction.
- Brainstorms and implements experiments, conducts A/B and conversion tests
- May provide other project support as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned or required to meet firm goals and objectives
Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience has been directly related to the functions of the role.
Professional Experience:
- At least 2 years' prior related experience required
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, required
- CRM experience (experience with LexisNexis InterAction preferred), database experience, preferred
- Email marketing experience, including HTML and CSS knowledge (Vuture experience preferred), highly preferred
- Sitecore or other content management system, preferred
