Job Summary

This Warehouse Clerical Support is responsible for the coordination of all paperwork. for both receipt and shipment of material. Warehouse personnel will bring all signed receivers and customer signed POD`s so information can be entered into Acumatica. All documents will be scanned and attached to the respective Purchase Order or Sales Order. Primary responsibility is to ensure that all materials shipped out and received are properly documented and timely updated into Account System.

Works under Plant Manager and must be able to communicate with multiple departments. Order Entry, Purchasing and Accounting.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works closely with warehouse staff to ensure receipt of material is properly
  • documented and timely updated into inventory management
  • Works closely with warehouse staff to ensure all signed customer POD information is accounted for based on scheduled customer delivers, updated into accounting system, scanned and attached to respective Sales Order
  • Communicate directly with Order Entry, Purchasing and Accounting on matters related to outbound customer deliveries and inbound vendor receipts.
  • Responsible for delivering all POD paperwork to Accounting and Invoicing.
  • Responsible for delivering all receipt information to purchasing
  • Work with the warehouse team to help reconcile discrepancies found when
  • processing both customers invoices for billing and vendor`s invoices for entry
  • into accounts payable
  • Monitor open sales orders to assist plant management in establishing timely delivery schedules

Monitor open purchase orders and work with transportation on

scheduling product deliveries.

Work with Accounting to establish clear controls on the receipt &

shipment of materials and provide direct support to ensure controls

are being adhered to.

Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma with experience in administration/accounting
  • Minimum of one year of experience in office administration or related areas
  • Working knowledge in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)
