Photography Assistant Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Located in Birmingham, AL, the Dotdash Meredith Food Studios is a state-of-the-art facility featuring 28 test kitchens, 13 photo studios, a prop and styling studio, an outdoor grill/BBQ station, and an expansive showcase kitchen and tasting room for demonstrations and events. Powered by a talented team of test kitchen professionals, stylists, and photographers, the Dotdash Meredith Food Studios is the country's premier creative hub, producing thousands of world-class recipes, images, and related content annually for Dotdash Meredith's print, digital, and social platforms.

The Photography Assistant will assist the studio photographers to create visual content for Dotdash Meredith's print and digital brands. The position reports to the Photo Equipment Manager.

Education:

• A bachelor's degree required, preferably in photography, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• At least 1 year previous assisting experience in a studio environment.
