AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: The AI GPU Software (AGS) team is looking for a Director to lead multiple teams developing GPU communication and I/O libraries for running workloads at scale as part of AMD's Radeon Open Ecosystem (ROCm) software stack. THE PERSON: To be successful in this role, you will be a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and demonstrated success shipping software in an Agile environment. You are passionate about hiring and developing your team as well as planning and managing key engineering initiatives. You have outstanding people leadership skills to lead, motivate, and guide world class engineers working in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
