Process Supervisor, your new opportunity?

As a process supervisor you will provide support to Manufacturing Manager by supervising a team of process technicians and engineers to oversight, control and develop manufacturing processes, specifications, and documentation required to produce intermediate or finished flavour products.

In this exciting opportunity, you'll



  • Control manufacturing processes and procedures for a specific area ensuring safety, EHS standards and efficiency/productivity requirements.
  • Monitor flavours production activity, volume and quality of output and analyse production data to optimize processes in order to meet the production schedules and targets.
  • Solve problems in the manufacturing processes, in order to achieve efficiency, productivity, safety and quality.
  • Coordinate the development, implementation and follow up of the improvements in methods/processes of the production lines.
  • Propose ideas for the continuous improvement program in the area. Work on project development and implementation of new products.
  • Take care on necessary capacity improvements to fulfil the demand evolution and prevent new asset investments.
  • Owner of Lean program roll out and relevant Team Board/meetings.
  • Manage staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed. Document performance and provide on-going feedback (e.g., conducting mid-year and end-year reviews), addressing behaviour and job performance issues, recommending hiring, firing and annual salary increases.
  • Train new workers in the organisation's operating procedures and standards


Your professional profile includes:



  • Pre-university level (technical diploma) in Technology, Technical Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in production with exposure to quality and/or materials process management.
  • Strong SAP background
  • Project management
