Position Summary: The Director of Accounting Shared Services will provide leadership for the North America accounting shared services organization. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Director of Accounting Shared Services is a hands-on and forward-thinking change leader who will lead the North America Accounting Shared Services functions, including Financial Reporting, General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, while driving well-controlled, scalable business processes.The ideal candidate has a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented approach to interacting with teammates and business partners. This full-time onsite position is based at our Chicago Corporate office, located near O'Hare International Airport. The base pay hiring rate expected for this position is: $165,000 - $202,000 This position is eligible to participate in an incentive plan.Metrics and level of participation are determined annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
