Career Opportunities & Employer Relations Job Description
The Business Support Specialist II provides independent, specialized business and administrative support to the Career Opportunities and Employer Relations (COER) department. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, fiscal processes, human resources-related processes event coordination, and general office management. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism. *Must be able available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends occasionally. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time at events (5+ hours). Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $16.82-$19.50 hourly. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
