Position Overview Zelis is seeking a commercially minded, data-driven leader to serve as our Director, Business Intelligence - Sales Analytics. This role is pivotal to shaping how we use data to drive smarter selling, accelerate growth, and scale performance across our commercial organization. You will partner closely with the SVP of Revenue Operations and cross-functional leaders to design and operationalize a modern data strategy that empowers Sales leadership with real-time, actionable insights.We're looking for someone who has worked directly in or with Sales teams-someone who understands the rhythm of the sales process, can identify gaps in performance, and knows how to turn data into strategic advantage. You will be accountable for building out our commercial reporting architecture, owning the visualization strategy (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma), and ensuring the integrity of data flowing from CRM (Salesforce) and our Snowflake environment.
