POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Project Coordinator enhances Xtend's product offerings in digital marketing, email campaigns, social media management and marketing execution. This role is pivotal in building and expanding our member communication business lines, ensuring credit union marketing initiatives remain relevant amidst evolving trends. This may include exploring new opportunities in social media, search engines, and ad placement platforms while enhancing current marketing campaign offerings. The Senior Project Coordinator actively contributes to the development of our peoples and our day-to-day offerings to keep credit unions and Xtend relevant in today's digital world.

Essential Job Functions

1. Develop and manage member marketing initiatives within Xtend's Communications Department, including social media strategy, digital marketing best practices, client-facing communications, and multi-channel campaigns.

2. Utilize project management tools to oversee multiple initiatives, develop content, and ensure deadlines are met for all member marketing efforts.

3. Serve as a resource for internal onboarding, training programs, and ongoing staff development, supporting management in knowledge-sharing efforts.

4. Support and maintain the Xtend Business Guide by leading digital project coordination, ensuring quality control, and delivering staff training or client recommendations.

5. Conduct marketing and technology research to support the execution of comprehensive campaigns across social media, email, print, and other channels.

6. Lead the promotion and sales of Xtend products featured in the cuasterisk.com online marketplace.

7. Assist in identifying and coordinating operational resources to support day-to-day communications tasks, product rollouts, client onboarding, and internal development.

8. Develop, document, and implement new service offerings while maintaining existing communications programs and tools.

9. Ensure all products, policies, procedures, and standards are clearly documented and regularly updated.

10. Provide support for minor internal network systems issues and client technology-related requests, escalating as necessary.

11. Compile, analyze, and prepare reports, manuals, and communications; translate technical or complex findings into clear, accessible written materials, including data visualizations when appropriate.

12. Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals and evolving business needs.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

1. High School graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience. Equivalent work experience equal to 1-3 years of prior office experience with a focus in marketing, sales or business administration.

2. Two-year degree in a business-related field is preferred.

3. CU*BASE experience is preferred.

4. Experience with marketing platform, social media management, digital ad/google ad experience is preferred.

5. Experience with fundamental project management processes and methodologies.

6. Extensive knowledge of current industry offers, market trends, competitors, and Credit Union lending and member service policies, procedures and regulations.

7. Ability to consult, gather and evaluate needs, provide advice and recommendations, and partner with leaders to achieve organizational objectives.

8. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to compete tasks with minimal oversight.

9. Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a deadline-focused setting while working independently.

10. Able to make sound decisions, using good judgment when handling challenges.

11. Clear and professional in both written and verbal communication.

12. Handles sensitive information with professionalism and respect for confidentiality.

13. Alignment with and commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and cooperative values.

14. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

15. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

16. Ability to operate telephone, photocopier, fax machines and PC workstation.

17. Regular and predictable attendance.

18. Ability to maintain and present a positive and professional attitude.

19. Capable of analyzing problems and approaching solutions with a logical mindset.

20. Communicate effectively with a variety of audiences in both individual and group settings, including informal presentations, phone conversations, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.

21. Able to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and with partners.

Business Continuity

Responsible for duties as outlined in the Team Roles and Responsibilities section of the Xtend Business and Continuity Recovery Plan.

Work Environment and Physical Activities

Xtend operates in a professional office building setting. Some job assignments at Xtend are primarily conducted within the office building while others have moderate to extensive travel responsibilities as described in the Job Functions and/or Job Qualifications section(s) above.
