CAES by Honeywell's Electromagnetic Defensive Solutions (EDS) business is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Business Development to spearhead our presence in the electronic warfare and radar markets. This is a high-impact, growth-focused leadership position reporting directly to the SVP & General Manager of Defense Systems. Based in San Diego, CA, you'll lead a team of seasoned BD and sales professionals focused on building strong, strategic partnerships with top-tier Defense Primes. Your mission: deliver on annual order targets while developing a robust three-year pipeline of new business opportunities. As a key leader, you'll champion a portfolio that includes advanced RF and microwave microelectronics designed for air and sea-based radar systems, electronic warfare solutions, and Microwave Monolithic Integrated Circuits (MMICs). Responsibilities YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The role is accountable for orders generation, forecasts, development and execution of capture strategy for the Defense Systems, targeting pursuits where existing company solutions add value and new pursuits where IR&D and overarching CAES design capabilities can be applied. The role will partner with Engineering to ensure that technology roadmaps are in line with emerging customer needs, requirements and investments.

Salary Range: $267,000 - $365,000 annually (San Diego). Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base bay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
