The AirUCI Administrative Coordinator supports the AirUCI Organized Research Unit (ORU) and associated faculty. The AirUCI Institute is dedicated to understanding and solving issues relating to air pollution, climate change, agriculture, adaptation, sustainability, and green technology-locally and globally-and their effects on human health and well-being. To meet these important objectives, AirUCI brings together renowned scientists from many disciplines to form an integrated group of researchers, engineers, and health scientists. Our team has an established history of effective scientific collaboration. Faculty partners from five UCI schools comprise the AirUCI ORU. Your Role on the Team This position involves comprehensive administrative support for AirUCI (https://airuci.uci.edu/), including: assistance with grant preparation and submission; travel arrangements and reimbursements; hiring and onboarding assistance; event planning and execution; website and social media management; mailing list maintenance and communication; newsletter and annual report preparation; facility management and general assistance to AirUCI members. The role requires a diverse skill set, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to handle various administrative tasks to support AirUCI's operations and members.
