Warehouse Associate

Summary: Warehouse associate primary duties will be to unload inbound trucks and load up outbound orders on the trucks for delivery the next day.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

  
  

• 
  

  Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to shipping/receiving documentation.

  
  

• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including trucks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

  
  

• 
  

  Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

  
  

• 
  

  Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to always ensure a safe work environment.

  
  

• 
  

  Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements or efficiencies.

  
  

• 
  

  On occasion when needed assist the Delivery Driver making deliveries.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  

• 
  

  Certified forklift operator

  
  

• 
  

  Understanding of safety protocols and ability to adhere to strict safety standards.

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to lift heavy objects and operate machinery in a controlled, precise manner.

  
  

• 
  

  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  
  

• 
  

  Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed to support Delivery/Receiving demands.

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to work the Day, Evening or Night shifts

  
  

• 
  

  Must be able to pass Drug test
