To receive, sort, and deliver mail to different departments, ensuring efficient communication. Will also assist in various tasks for Consumer Loan Servicing.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Coordinate delivery & pick up of mail from the US Post Office.
  • Operate equipment such as the postage meter, letter folding machine, and copier/scanner.
  • Organize incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring prompt delivery to the intended recipient.
  • Coordinate, distribute, and respond to electronic correspondence.
  • Package and ship mail to external locations. Maintain knowledge of proper sorting for multiple department's mail.
  • Responsible for participating in special projects as assigned and assist Consumer Loan Servicing with various tasks as assigned.
  • Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
Education & Certifications
  • H.S. Diploma: required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
Experience
  • 0 to 2 years of administrative experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Possess problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to understand and carry out assigned duties effectively.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to banking preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $16.52 - $22.35 hourly
