Senior Financial Analyst for Supply Chain will improve and develop the Controlling function within the Dematic Finance Organization. This position will work with our Procurement and Americas' Operations organization to successfully forecast and analyze financial results.

As a member of the Global Finance organization, the Supply Chain Financial Analyst supports the Planning & Reporting function dedicated to Global Supply Chain, which consists of Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, EHS, and SIOP. This position provides exposure to various functions within Operations and reports to the Manager, Global Supply Chain Finance. What we offer:

The base pay range for this role is estimated to by $90,750-$133,100 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

  • Act as Finance Business Partner to Americas Procurement Leaders and Americas Procurement organization helping to drive budget savings and cost competitiveness with financial analysis and continued operational improvements.
  • Financial controllership for Americas Procurement costs of $10M for an organization of 90 heads.
  • Financial controllership for Americas Procurement Boost-Up initiatives across four different workstreams
  • Work closely with Americas Procurement and Finance leaders to ensure that procurement savings initiatives are aligned with business goals and procurement savings are accurately recognized in financial statements.
  • Support monthly procurement financial package and scorecard in preparation for global functional reviews.
  • Finance partner for cost center budget, forecast, and actual results.
  • Coordinate and prepare the annual operating plan budget according to established timelines.
  • Develop ad hoc analysis, reporting tools and drive improvements in execution to enhance transparency and understanding of procurement initiatives across the entire organization.
  • Work with Power BI to run and analyze vital reports to support business recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed 4-year Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • SQL and/or Microsoft BI experience
  • Experience in SAP strongly prefered
  • Five-year minimum work history with proven success within the Accounting and Finance field. Project Accounting / POC or manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
  • Outstanding analytical, critical reasoning, and teamwork skills
  • Consistent track record with being well organized, learning new tasks quickly, defining operational improvements, and aspiring for success
