Responsibilities

We are looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to our team of talented professionals.

What You'll Do:

    Serve as business analyst of a scrum team documenting, analyzing, tracing, and requirements.
  • Ensure JIRA tickets are created timely and accurately and are kept up to date. Defines acceptance criteria, requirements, and internal/external dependencies.
  • Partner with the scrum team's Product Owner and the program's Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) to complete impact assessments and provide support through the change control process.
  • Work with the scrum team's Product Owner to ensure requirements align with customer needs and fit within the overall program roadmap.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the scrum team's Product Owner, program leadership, and the customer.
  • Lead team in technical and business discussions, providing recommendations to the customer and supporting informed decision-making on all technical and business matters.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 25 years with Bachelors; Minimum of 23 years with Masters or Minimum of 18 years with Ph.D.
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst on a User Interface (UI) software development team.
  • Experience facilitating requirements gathering workshops/meetings with a concentration in fraud, waste, and abuse
  • Experience prioritizing requirements and creating conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision in a high stress fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills to support a multitude of program projects
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • SAFe POPM or similar certification.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid data.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of back-end data systems.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
