Job Posting: Provider Web Specialist Join Our Team as a Provider Web Specialist! Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the healthcare industry? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Revenue Operations department in various roles related to medical insurance collections, credits, and setting patient insurance coverage. If you are passionate about helping patients and ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for dialysis services, this is the perfect role for you! About the Role: As a Provider Web Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the Revenue Operations department. Your primary duties will include: * Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients. * Ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics. * Responding promptly and accurately to payer communications. * Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams. * Partnering with clinic teammates such as insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators to ensure timely and accurate insurance information. * Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements. * Maintaining current patient account information at all times. * Upholding confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and policies. Skills and Qualifications: * Top Skills: * Data entry, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel data entry, customer service, MS Office suite, revenue cycle, claims processing, medical office, cash application, provider enrollment. * Additional Skills: * Customer service skills. * Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required. * Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook required. * Data entry experience filling out online forms. * Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals, critical thinking. * Must be able to type 35 WPM. * Preferred: * Proper medical claim accounting knowledge. * Medical billing or accounting background. * Medical office receptionist experience is a plus. * Healthcare experience is not required; we are open to hiring people with unique backgrounds.
