Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $24.23/hr- $30.29/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience. Qualifications Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Education and/or Experience: A high school diploma or an associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) from a two year community or technical college is required. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in virtual design, construction, or a related technical field are preferred, though a combination of relevant education and hands-on experience may be considered in place of formal education requirements. Ideal candidates should have foundational experience with virtual modeling software, construction documentation, or technical design applications supporting virtual design and construction processes. This position also requires strong computer and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work effectively while managing stress. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others, possess a basic understanding of internal controls, and maintain exacting standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Additionally, they must be able to adhere to the work schedule and attendance policies established by Interstates Travel Requirements: As part of the national construction team, this role involves being on-site at a wide range of locations across the country, with placements typically lasting 8 months or more. Work Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels from high-speed computer printers and other peripherals. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to various worksites may also be required, depending on the assignment. |
