Job Summary:

Beldens Accounting Analyst will bring organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication and willingness to learn new tasks to a growing business. This position reports to the Finance Manager, and will work from our Washington, PA office.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately recording and classifying financial transactions in compliance with company policies and SOX
• Maintaining the general ledger and other accounting records
• Reconciling Balance Sheet accounts and provide documentation for internal control team
• Processing and Reconciling accounts, including accounts payable and receivable
• Coordinate with corporate accounting to solve invoice discrepancies
• Review and submit purchase orders to corporate accounting
• Run monthly inventory cycle count and annual full physical count
• Run quarterly E&O (excess and Obsolete) calculation based on company policy
• Reconciling bank statement
• Request and receive P-Card information from employees
• Track CAPEX Spending
• Run and send updated average cost for items
• Provide annual tax package
• Update work centers annually
• Creating daily reports to support the sales, purchasing and operations teams

Required Skills and Experience

• Education - High School Diploma required/ College Degree preferred
• Experience - know how to work with average cost, proficient with MS office programs and 2 years of accounting experience

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $61,700 - $92,500plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
