We are currently seeking an Account Director to lead the Americas region for a large Integrated Portfolio Strategy (IPS) - oriented Work Dynamics relationship. The ideal candidate for this role is a proven leader with extensive transaction management expertise, effective client relationships skills and account management experience. The JLL Account Director will provide leadership, strategy, and hands-on direction to a global client delivery team of transaction managers and lease administrators. This position also helps drive integrated results between this delivery team and a regional set of facilities, projects and program management teams. Further, as a key member of the leadership team for the global relationship, the Account Director will support America's initiatives. This role will report to the Global Account Executive. The Account Director is accountable for developing and implementing a strategic account plan which delivers continuous improvement and ensures a healthy long-term relationship. The Account Director anticipates client needs, delivers to outperform key performance indicators, inspires talent and builds growth plans. With a deep understanding of JLL's strategic initiatives and market opportunities, the Regional Account Director translates emerging thought leadership, research, products and services into viable client and business opportunities and should have strong presentation skills and executive presence to support those activities. Identifies client value-add opportunities to expand business beyond existing service lines *Proactively identifies areas to incorporate innovation into account operations *Becomes internal reference for best-in-class service delivery *Develops budget, manages to ensure plan is met or exceeded Qualifications: *10+ years transaction management experience *Leadership experience in Account Management *Licensed broker or salesperson *Portfolio management experience or certification *Experience overseeing lease administration services *Proven track record leading global teams, with strong account management and communication skills. * Willingness to travel (less than 25%) Estimated total compensation for this position: 220,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
