A product trailblazer with a proven track record of scaling AI innovations, you thrive at the intersection of technical depth and executive leadership. You've shipped market-defining AI products, shaped organizational strategy at the highest levels, and evangelized transformative solutions across industries. Based in Austin, TX and reporting to the VP of Product, Data & AI, you'll join immediately to accelerate Procore's mission: improving the lives of everyone in construction through technology. What You'll Do:
Own and drive outcomes for our Agentic platform, shaping the future of AI-powered construction solutions. Develop and execute a visionary strategy for Agents and AI products, revolutionizing workflows from design to execution in the construction sector. Pioneer AI advancements, translating cutting-edge research into competitive features and actionable product roadmaps. Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and untapped opportunities in AI-driven construction innovation. Define product requirements and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to build groundbreaking Agents and AI platforms. Manage end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch, pricing strategy, and post-launch optimization. Serve as the AI-in-construction subject matter expert, providing thought leadership to internal teams and external partners. Evangelize AI solutions through high-impact presentations, demos, and industry events. Champion AI investments, influencing organizational strategy and securing executive buy-in for transformative initiatives. Track and analyze product performance, refining market fit through data-driven insights and rapid iteration.
What We're Looking For:
15+ years in product management, including 5+ years focused on AI products (generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or machine learning). Proven success in launching AI products to market, with measurable impact on efficiency, safety, or scalability. Deep technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks, agentic architectures, and generative design tools. Analytical prowess to solve complex industry challenges, from cost overruns to real-time risk mitigation. Exceptional communication skills, capable of aligning C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Passion for transforming construction through AI, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Track record of building relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams to drive adoption. Experience navigating ambiguity in large tech organizations, distilling complexity into clear strategies. Relentless focus on customer needs, particularly in addressing Procore's mission-critical construction challenges.
QualificationsAdditional Information
Base Pay Range $255,840 - $351,780. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
