Levelset, the leader in Lien Rights Management and a proud Procore company, seeks a creative, driven, and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, wears multiple hats, and is excited to support revenue-driving initiatives through a broad range of marketing tactics-from ABM and content to field events and campaigns.

What You'll Do:

Field Marketing & Events:

  • Plan, execute, and support trade shows, conferences, and hosted events that generate qualified pipeline and deepen relationships with key accounts

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to pre-book meetings, drive booth traffic, and coordinate post-event follow-up

ABM Campaign Execution:

  • Support the strategy and deployment of personalized, multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise customers

  • Align with the Revenue team to drive engagement, increase conversion rates, and accelerate deals

Revenue & Sales Enablement:

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create tailored collateral, battlecards, one-pagers, and nurture sequences to support pipeline growth.

  • Track campaign impact and support ongoing marketing and sales alignment efforts.

Email & Marketing Automation (HubSpot):

  • Build and manage email campaigns, nurture programs, and workflows in HubSpot

  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize for engagement, delivery, and conversion

Content Marketing & Social Media:

  • Collaborate on the creation of blog posts, customer stories, social media content, and digital campaigns that support brand awareness

  • Manage day-to-day scheduling and engagement across social platforms, including LinkedIn, supporting product releases, events, and strategic messages

Website & CRM Coordination:

  • Assist with web content updates, campaign landing pages, and lead capture optimization

  • Maintain data accuracy and marketing attribution in HubSpot to support clear reporting and performance insights

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with exposure to sales-aligned marketing programs (4-5 years preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar platforms) and comfort working in CRM and marketing automation systems

  • Solid understanding of content strategy and experience managing social media channels for a business

  • Familiarity with ABM, campaign development, and field marketing logistics

  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills

  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to learn, grow, and make an impact

  • A passion for supporting Sales and driving measurable business outcomes

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $64,397 - $88,546. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
