Description

This role leads and performs complex technical operational and maintenance support to the Field Services team. This role performs various audits and regulatory reviews and is the Operator In Responsible Charge (ORC) to ensure compliance. This role provides oversight to temporary staffing process and staff augmentation. Work is performed under minimum supervision with consider latitude for decision making and judgement.



  • Conduct stringent process, mechanical, and safety audits and ensure adherence, makes recommendations and implements changes based on audit results
  • Oversee proper grounds management and monitoring ensuring safety and compliance
  • Lead temporary staffing processes for Field Services team
  • Lead regulatory reviews and documentation which includes compliance to environmental, safety, and other pertinent regulations.
  • Assume Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) duties
  • Lead sample collection process and drilling operations and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.


Mentorship

  • May provide mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to help less experienced team members develop their skills and grow within their roles.


Skills and Competencies

  • Expert knowledge of operational and mechanical principles and applications and advanced ability to apply advanced mechanical principles to optimize field operations.
  • Expertise in grounds maintenance and monitoring techniques with ability to execute processes
  • Ability to navigate changing environmental regulations and compliance requirements and make recommendations
  • Ability to monitor safety protocols and procedures in field operations and recommend corrective actions
  • Expert communication skills and ability to communicate and collaborate across all organizational levels


Experience

  • Typically requires minimum of 6 years of Field Services or related experience.


Education

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
  • Current operator certification at the highest or next to highest level is required for operations, equivalent experience for maintenance.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.


Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Location B: $117,000 - $160,000
