Job Description:

The Market Intelligence team is looking for a detail-oriented, editorially strong Senior Associate to support the creation, refinement, and publication of high-impact internal insights. This role focuses on elevating insight content to meet the expectations of executive audiences through sharp editing, content structuring, and SharePoint platform management.

You won't just fix grammar - you'll help shape messaging and formatting so that insights are understood, trusted, and acted upon by leaders across the firm. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys refining content, maintaining knowledge systems, and enabling insight delivery through clear, consistent, and engaging digital experiences.

This role works in close collaboration with Insights & Intelligence analysts to co-develop and refine content, ensuring each output is both analytically sound and editorially strong.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial & Content Support

  • Edit and refine internal insight deliverables - including briefs, blog posts, newsletters, and presentations - to ensure clarity, impact, and executive-readiness.
  • Elevate messaging by improving structure, flow, tone, and formatting so insights are easier to understand, retain, and apply.
  • Collaborate with analysts to shape insight narratives and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Synthesize third-party research into short-form summaries for use in newsletters and internal content roundups.
  • Draft short-form supporting content such as newsletter introductions, blog recaps, or content callouts.
  • Uphold and apply editorial standards for voice, tone, grammar, and visual consistency across all insight outputs.

Knowledge Platform Development

  • Manage and maintain the team's internal SharePoint site, ensuring content is well-organized, accessible, and up to date.
  • Upload and tag research assets using established metadata practices.
  • Support site restructuring and enhancements based on usage analytics and stakeholder feedback.
  • Assist in the ongoing curation of internal and external knowledge libraries.
  • Content Process Operations
  • Maintain an internal editorial calendar to track content cadence and deadlines.
  • Coordinate publishing workflows and support formatting tasks using PowerPoint, Word, and other templates.
  • Liaise with contractor support to oversee grammar/formatting clean-up, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in editorial support, knowledge management, research communications, or professional services marketing.
  • Strong copyediting and proofreading skills; familiarity with executive-facing content required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint) and basic SharePoint editing and site administration.
  • Skilled in using AI-based content generation and editing tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Grammarly.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple content tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with content management systems or knowledge portals.
  • Familiarity with B2B or professional services environments.
  • Basic design literacy (e.g., Canva or similar tools) a plus but not required.

Impact of the Role

This role plays a critical part in scaling insight delivery across the firm by ensuring research outputs are clear, accessible, and actionable. By maintaining high editorial standards and improving platform usability, this Senior Associate will help turn knowledge into influence at key moments in our go-to-market process.
