Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Business Solutions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating discovery workshops to identify cross-functional needs and creating functional specifications that align with technical design and client goals. You will implement security models, oversee the configuration of reusable components and environment strategies, and mentor staff on scalable practices. Additionally, you will design functional solution architecture and data models using Dataverse, collaborate on data migration and governance, and create comprehensive test plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders across multiple departments to uncover cross-functional needs.
  • Create functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical design and client goals.
  • Implement security models (role-based security, environment roles) to protect client data and align with industry best practices.
  • Oversee configuration of reusable components (e.g., PCF controls, custom connectors) and environment strategies (e.g., dev/test/prod).
  • Mentor staff on scalable configuration practices and solution reuse across projects.
  • Design functional solution architecture and understand the technical implications of the design.
  • Design normalized and scalable data models for complex business applications using Dataverse.
  • Collaborate with client data teams on data migration, quality, and governance practices.
  • Create comprehensive test plans covering solution functionality, performance, and user acceptance.
  • Work with technical resources to design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI embedded within Power Apps solutions.
  • Interpret trends and KPIs to guide client decision-making and refine solution design.
  • Leverage pre-trained models in AI Builder to enhance Power Platform solutions.
  • Manage Power Platform project engagements, including forecasting resources and managing project scope, risks, issues, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure adherence to methodology and standards.
  • Provide guidance on platform adoption strategies, change management, and citizen developer enablement.
  • Review platform usage to identify opportunities for standardization and governance.
  • Contribute to functional architecture content and manage the proposal response lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5+ years of experience providing Power Platform solutions to clients.

Additional Certifications Desired:

  • At least 2 of the following:
    • PL-900
    • PL-300
    • PL-200
  • At least 1 of the following:
    • Certified Scrum Master
    • Entry Certificate in Business Analysis
    • Certified Product Owner
    • Certified Business Analysis Professional
    • Certification of Capability in Business Analysis
    • Project Management Professional

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 per year.
