Join the FCA Packaging team in Simpsonville, SC! We're looking for a dependable and safety-focused Non-CDL Driver to operate a 26' flatbed truck for local deliveries. When not on the road, you'll assist in our yard or warehouse by operating a forklift. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality and timeliness. Responsibilities: Operate a 26' flatbed truck to deliver and pick up empty wooden crates and pallets Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Operate a forklift to load and unload materials (approx. 30% of the time) Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Requirements: Valid driver's license (CDL not required) with clean driving record Previous experience driving a flatbed or similar vehicle Certified or experienced forklift operator Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Why Work With FCA Packaging?
