Programmer

Job Summary:

The Programmer will work on software development projects as needed for the company, primarily using Microsoft and Workday development platforms and tools.

Essential Functions:

• Create, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications, processes, and reports as needed
• Work with other developers to ensure code is standardized and cohesive
• Ensure code, intellectual property, and other programming assets are documented and securely stored using agreed upon best practices
• Work with management, other team members, and users to determine business needs/requirements
• Facilitate and/or program import and export routines to exchange data with appropriate systems and parties
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Competence with languages, environments, and platforms including, but not limited to Visual Studio, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, T-SQL, Azure, Git, Workday
• Competence with Microsoft SQL Server database management tools and environments
• Competence of data security methods/practices
• Competence of web service technologies
• Knowledge of business hardware, software, and networks

Required Education and Experience:

• Required: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting Information Systems or equivalent
• Preferred: Any applicable certifications
