Senior Systems Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to guide system design, break down complex requirements, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating closely with Agile software development teams. If you're fluent in SysML and experienced in using CAMEO to turn architecture into real-world impact-this is your next mission.

  Use SysML and MBSE to model systems and support Agile development workflows

  Translate architectural vision into artifacts that drive software build-outs

  Mentor junior engineers and guide requirements traceability

  
  
• 
  

  Interface directly with customers and stakeholders on engineering decisions

  
  

You are required to have this:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline and 9 years of experience.
  
  
  
  • Masters degree and 5 years of experience
  • PhD and 3 years of experience
  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Experience with SysML, MBSE concepts, and tools like CAMEO

  
  
• 
  

  Proven track record in requirement-driven design and V&V

  
  
• 
  

  Experience supporting Agile (SAFe) environments

  
  
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph (updated within the last 10 years)

Bonus if you bring:

  Deep experience creating diagrams like Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, BDDs, IBDs, and Sequence Diagrams in CAMEO

  Demonstrated technical leadership in cross-functional teams

  Prior experience collaborating with external stakeholders

  
  

Salary Range: $180,000 - $230,000
