As the Strategic People Director, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business unit and enterprise leaders, providing operational and consultative guidance to them and their leadership teams as it relates to talent strategy. You will develop and implement talent plans for retention, employee training and development, recognition and reward, succession of talent, employee engagement and onboarding in partnership with other HR leaders and our Center of Excellence groups. You will equip business leaders and their teams with the tools and techniques which enable them to manage staff in alignment with Brown and Caldwell philosophies, policies, practices, and programs. You will engage with and provide direction to the HR Business Partners in support of the company-wide talent strategy. Acting as an HR champion and change agent, you will aspire to be part of a team delivering strong talent and business results. You will have effective communication skills, be engaging, demonstrate resilience and use innovative ideas and an agile approach to deliver the best possible outcomes. Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
